4. Fees and Payment

  • Additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

  • Deposits are a requirement to continue with the works outlined.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and other materials produced by Annie Lord Design remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Unauthorised use or reproduction of our work is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all client information confidential unless required by law to disclose it.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the termination date will be payable.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
